"This place was amazing from the moment I walked in!! The best part of it was Leeah who works in the service area. She went above and beyond to make sure my co-driver and I were comfortable and informed of everything going on with the truck. They have a shuttle service to take you places in town should you need to run an errand. The bathrooms were super clean, and the driver’s lounge was very nice and inviting with comfortable recliners, TVs, plenty of outlets, and free wi-fi. If I ever breakdown, I pray it happens in Santa Maria. Instead of feeling like I was at a repair center, I felt like I was visiting a family member’s home. Absolutely no bad things to say."

Chris was able to immediately check in my truck and Daniel and the other techs were able to diagnose fix and get my truck out of their shop before they closed on Friday. "This shop gave me the worst and most expensive repair experience in my lifetime. I took my motorhome in for a routine service which ended up costing over 3k. When I picked up the RV, I was told that it had a possible EGR cooler leak, but it would cost $800 to find out and they did not have one in stock. So I ordered one there and had it replaced when it arrived (another 3k). They did not check for a leaking head gasket (a common result of EGR cooler leaks), which was discovered on the next trip. They replaced the head gasket (13k) and I made it about 8 miles before blowing a coolant hose and overheating the engine. I paid for towing back to the shop and they fixed the hose for no charge but did not check for engine damage. It was still using coolant on the next trip. I returned the RV to this shop for warranty repair and after teardown they found the liners had moved. They refused warranty repair and blamed me for driving the RV with a known problem. They quoted 68k for an engine replacement. I decided to have the RV towed to another shop for repair. Central Coast Truck then gave me an invoice for 5k for the teardown. I filed a complaint with the BAR and they negotiated a release of my RV in pieces for no charge. I then had to pay another shop to repair all the damage. Thankfully they charged a lot less than 68k and the RV has run well since."

"Can’t say enough on out the professionalism of this group. My RV has a Freightliner chases and the BIT inspection was free of charge. I brought my own shocks in for them to install. Unfortunately I bought the wrong front shocks and the right rears. They let me keep the rv at the shop until the replacement shocks arrive to them. Cool deal right there.
