"The receptionists are mean here. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for an 11:30 visit with my baby. I arrived at 11:28 and checked in in time for the beginning of the appointment. Soon after that a fat nasty receptionist yelled at me, "We can't see you today!" I had had travel with my very small baby to the clinic, and he was sick. I wept in the waiting room. It turns out the appointment had been set for 11:15 a.m. I would suppose to make time for check in. I was not given a phone call or reminder that the appointment time had been changed ever since I made the appointment. I was so offended. I had to make another appointment and wait another week or so to fulfill it."

"I love going there but I can never get in to see my doctor. Booked months ahead. I’m supposed to see my doctor after an urgent care visit for a follow up back in July but can’t get in until Nov. I had an abscess. I think they over book."
"I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years and normally all staff is kind and friendly. Today, Carol was the rudest check in, customer service I’ve ever seen here. I didn’t e-check in this time (which is convenient for staff, not always your patients) nor did I show up 15 minutes early for check in since our address, phone, and insurance had no changes. Admittedly, we arrived two minutes late for check in. Normally, I’m respectful of their time but we had a brief delay before we left for the appointment. Carol was on the phone and no one else came to the front desk to check us in. Her phone delay put our check in 5 minutes later than our arrival. Carol’s terse comment was that she’d inquire if they’d see us since we were late (again 8:02 arrival, 8:07 check in due to no staff checking us in when she was on the phone with another patient). My beef is that with no other patients in the waiting area we’ve often waited over 15-20 minutes to be seen and never complain because sometimes things just happen and cause delays. Maybe Carol should factor that into her attitude so she doesn’t turn off other long-term families."
"Okay, this has been the worst PCP I have ever had. I went in for severe next pain and I was told I didn't need an MRI, that my neck was fine and go to PT. So I had an MRI anyway, and I have a herniated disc. Another time I used my phone to schedule an appointment for a physical, I get there for that time and the receptionist just starts telling me that there isn't online scheduling and I didn't know I was talking about. Now today I call because I have I sinus infection, I've been getting them at the beginning of winter since I was a little guy so I know the drill. Nope, I'm told get some over the counter meds. My teeth and eyes hurt my sinuses are so swollen and angry, but I don't know what I'm talking about again. Guess what? Open enrollment time of year."
