"The website said there was no line and no one waiting. I check again as I entered the door, still no line no waiting. Checkin was fast then I sat in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours while multiple people were called ahead of me. Then when I got in the patient room, I waited another 30 minutes to be seen. Dr Zimmerman was great, took less than 1 1/2 minutes to diagnose and was down. This is the poorest customer service and experience. No one should have to wait 2 hours for a 1 1/2 minute visit with a doctor. And unfortunately this is not the first time I had this experience with Pro Health"

"Never used Urgent Care until now. My primary Doctor had no openings so my only option was urgent care. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but fortunately I had a good experience. The Pro Health Care workers are usually so nice and very professional. I would recommend going on line and signing up for an appointment to save on your wait time."
