"Our Hartford Urgent Care is AMAZING!! Any time we go in, we are treated like family and are given great care and attention. Our concerns are always heard and well-thought out advice and/or medications are suggested. I am grateful we have access to such great medical care that is so close to us because with two small children, who seem to always be picking something up, Urgent Care sometimes feels like our home away from home. I cannot say enough great things about Hartford Urgent Care and their team!!"

"We had an excellent experience here with our very sick toddler. The nurse made her feel very special and included and took the time to listen to our needs and explain all of the answers we needed. The PA was good as well. No complaints!"

"Have been sick with the usual sinus stuff for a while have antibiotics from an evisit a few days ago but as a healthcare provider myself it’s better safe than sorry plus I’m coughing so hard I throw up: went to get checked out today. Was seen promptly. The nurse practitioner walked into my room by accident. The med assistant did Not review my record or medications. My blood pressure red 141/99!!!!! I don’t have high blood pressure!!!! So this should be addressed! Nurse practitioner arrived in the right room this time. Told her my short story. She told me “you’re on strong antibiotics. I don’t even know why you’re here.” I said to get seen in person as I only had an e-visit for a sinus infection diagnosis. She ROLLED HER EYES asked me to take two breaths with her stethoscope said I sound fine with an huff/sigh so hard she blew my hair . She stood left the room and said you can follow me out. No other assessment didn’t look at the computer said nothing about my blood pressure. She was with me Less than 2 minutes. Horrible service. Didn’t care about me at all. Said nothing about my blood pressure just wanted me to leave. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go here for urgent care they don’t care!"

"Made an app online for 5 got there early checked in. Waited almost 2 hours. Never got helped. Finally called it and left. Whatever my normal doctor had time for me tomorrow. What I find really gross is they left an after visit summary “patient didn’t get seen because she was unable to wait.” Yeah I’m not waiting any longer when I have stuff to do and I have a confirmed app at 5. Should honor the time and if you’re not then don’t do appointments"

"I absolutely love coming into this urgent care. I have never once had a bad experience. It is fast, efficient, and thorough. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have always listened to my concerns. I will never take myself or my kids to any other urgent care! Thank you for all you do!"
