"Dr. Parker is 5 stars saved my vision and helped me go from what i thought were migraines daily (they were much worse actually) to almost no headaches ever! She caught a rarish condition i had and got me help before i went blind! Only reason im giving 3 stars is because the lady i get at the eye glass place (shes got a foreign accent sounds russian or from around that area) she starts out slightly friendly then sees my insurance and turns hostile every time. Rushes me and my kid when trying to pick from our very limited options. Gives us maybe 5 min to look at everything and try on before she says "pick one theyre all be fine" tries to force my daughter to wear children size frame which are much too small for her head and squeeze. When we try to look at the next tray she yells "dont touch!" Loudly. Which is weird when they obviously dont clean the glasses between try ons due to the amount of smudges on the lenses.All in all the DRs ARE GOOD. EYEGLASS STAFF AND NO GO!"

"I got a script from dr. Peterson for contacts and then about 2 months later i called and asked for a script for one lens to be bifocal. She said that my acct. was finalized and that i would have to pay another $101 to make that happen. "Finalized"? I think they may be upset that I purchsed my glasses from Zenni Optical online for about half the cost or less. Extremely happy with them too. Well there are 3 people in my family that wear glasses and i would agree with Ms. Peterson that our accounts are finalized. Will go elsewhere. Terrible customer service."
