Kwik Trip

"Special orders a sandwich. It was hot (loved that) had the double meat (I was fine paying for that). But the ham was un eatable…..very dry and hard. Ham should be moist and soft!"

"Love this place. We went to pump up our tires, and quickly realized our tire spout was chipped, causing air to flow out instead of in when the common air pump was applied. 5 girls, 1 tire, 3 hour drive ahead, tire quickly declining to 6 psi. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the kindest, smartest worker, Joshua (hopefully future employee of the year). He took a quick glance and realized what we needed wasn’t what the average Kwik Trip would provide. With ease, he ran to his personal vehicle and grabbed his electric air pump, knowing this would do the trick. Sure enough, amongst frigid cold temperatures and a thin uniform vest, Joshua restored our front left tire to its entirety. Joshua, we couldn’t thank you enough and are now nearly halfway to our desired destination. Joshua was also on his break and did not seek any type of compensation for his work. We need more Joshua’s in this world.Thank you and take care."

"Called and asked if this store could accommodate me, seeing I am temporarily injuried from a work related injury. The Miguel the Shift Manager gets a 5 star hands down. He was so polite, communicated with me on a very professional manner. Very nice and professional. This guy needs to be promoted. Thank you so much Miguel for your help. I do appreciate it."

"First time in this one. We've been going to the one on Racine and fleetfoot. This store also had Very nice staff, store was stocked well and clean. The side walk to get from the street to store was very safe ( I'm disabled n have two young autistic children) (thank u for that) however the ICEES were a little watery not sure if there supposed to be or not. Now that we know where this one is n know that it's safer to get to (20-30 walk) we will be regulars especially for cool down drinks etc"

"We stop here often, but today when we got one of their take & bake pizzas, as I was paying Miguel asked us if we'd like them to bake it for us which was a pleasant surprise. A far as we knew no places that have take & bake pizza will actually bake it for you. Tracey was also very helpful with helping us find the pizza we were looking for. This place is very clean, safe and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Having worked in customer service for years myself, I know how awesome it is to deal with staff as wonderful as they are here & how often customers can take this for granted. Thanks West Ave Kwik Trip, you guys rock! :)"
