"The WORST experience Ive had with a delivery company. I had to carry all of the boxes in myself otherwise they were going to charge $40, and then Im sure I still would have had to carry them in. The guy just stood there and watched me take all the heavy boxes in myself. Free shipping, but they'll charge if you want them to unload it for you. Use UPS or USPS, they deliver right to where they need to be."
