"I had a great experience today at this UPS store. I had two oddly shaped items to be shipped to my daughter, he took a box that he thought would work, and then cut it up into exactly the size I needed for my items. He took care of it all right when I was standing there. Thank you so much!"

"I wouldn't have written this review unless I really thought it's worth it, I have been shipping for decades now and have had horrible experiences with 3 different shipping centers now. I now have been shipping through the UPS store for a couple of years now when by chance I'd assumed that things had changed because of the new employees, which was true, but also under new ownership that can't do anything about the older reviews unfortunately. Please trust me when I say that the young gentleman that bought this store is worth giving him a try, I take my name very seriously and put it upfront and center because people who know me know that I rarely write reviews or ratings unless they've earned not just my business, but my trust. First try make sure it's with the owner, he's the only one thus far that I can stand by. Laya Benson"

"I purchased an Auction of several small items, it was local to this UPS store. I emailed to ask if they could pickup, pack and ship my items. The Store owner, Ami was extremely helpful and offered to take the project on. He managed all the aspects of contacting the auction house to arrange scheduled pickup and he called to ask me exactly how I wanted the items to be pack and shipped. I would highly recommend this UPS store for the awesome handling of this project. His prices were fair, and service was extremely quick. Thank you!! I will be using his services again."

"I just walked into this UPS store with two packages one was a 5 x 5 x 5 prepaid label package as a drop off and the other I was going to pay for overnight service of a 18 x 20 x 4 package. The second I set both packages down the young man came up to me and said oh these need to be sealed up I can't take them not offering to sell me tape or anything and I was going to pay likely around $55 for the one overnight package, the least he could do is give me one tiny piece of tape to seal up the tiny box. This is ridiculous. I will never come back here and I will tell my friends not to come here either. I guess his conversation on his earbuds is more important than customer service. It's funny because I used to own a UPS store in Santa Barbara so I know how this works. I'll Be going to another ups store for my prepaid drop off and then to FedEx for my overnight. Thx."
