"Took work off for them to deliver a bike and they said they stopped by, DIDNT, as I’ve been here waiting the entire day with my sister. And cancelled the delivery. SO unprofessional and frustrating. Will cancel any shipment coming from them in the future."

"Waited a week and a half for this company that I THOUGHT was from out of the area, to pick up a defective recliner loveseat from Amazon.com. My spouse waited all day between 9am and 9pm today and this local company never showed up or had the decency to call my number which is clearly stated along with my address in San Luis Obispo. Pathetic excuse for a business."

"Delivery window was 11am - 3pm with the note that they’d call me 30 minutes before they arrived. Not only did I not receive that call, but they showed up, I guess couldn’t find my house and left within 4 mins of 11 am. I guess they’re trying their best not to have to deliver anything. I’ve now been on hold with their “customer service” and although there is “0 people ahead of me” I’ve been on hold for 20 mins. I’ve never reviewed a business in my life but wow, you guys are a complete joke."

"The worst! They come unprepared, don’t have tools, parts; anything. Sent me to the hardware store to get a drier fitting, and couldn’t wait 5 minutes until I returned. I paid for install and the drier is sitting in the garage because these guys were so lazy. I would literally return these things back to Costco out of spite because of how completely lazy and inefficient these guys are. Zero stars! Also you get a text message that they’ll be here in 30 minutes and you see them backing in your drive LOL"

"Really disappointed in XPO. The driver arrived at my building, parked on the street, and walked to the edge of the building. When he did not immediately see my suite number on the first door he encountered he called his dispatch. I was in a meeting and missed their call, so he left. He did not walk the 50 feet past the first door to look for my suite (clearly and largely stenciled on the door)...he did not Google the suite (Google drops the pin EXACTLY at the door location)...he did not figure out that when you see a number 25 on one door and you need to get to 43 that you need to go just a little bit further. I had specifically ordered the item for company coming to my house this weekend. Such a disappointment."
