"This establishment is a joke. They are unpleasant and difficult to to do business with. They're drivers are rude and distasteful characters. I own a local winery in the Central Coast, and we do not use Pacific Coast Transportation. Unpleasant people. Do not use them."

"First, we have lived in our house for 20 years. It is beautiful, peaceful and a great place to raise a family. But, since PCT came to the building that was originally built to be a "Storage Pod Unit" per the County Planning Permit. And, this is what all of the homeowners in the area agreed upon but, were lied to by the owner of the property. Since the opening of PCT, PCT employees have been disturbing the peace with their extremely loud banging music. We can hear this banging music and our house which is approximately 90 yards away from the PCT building. Other nearby homeowners are also disturbed by PCT's extremely loud banging music. It is bad enough that the job they perform is very loud at all hours of the day and night but to also have blaring banging music on top of that is just ridiculous. The man who runs the PCT in Paso Robles said to one of my neighbors in a meeting at Mars Mega that if she wasn't so poor and made more money she could live somewhere else and that he would never live here. Boy, I wish I was at that meeting! I would have given him a piece of my mind. That was so disrespectful and rude! We live in a beautiful area and it doesn't matter how much money you make!! Also, someone said "Well if you can stand the train noise then the noise at PCT shouldn't matter. Let me tell you, the trains that do come by only last 30 seconds to a couple minutes and are a pleasure. While the extremely loud banging music and loud noise from the job goes all the time night and day. So, It's up to you - owner/manager (Ty) of PCT to get your workers to STOP with this extremely loud banging music!! Another solution for the work noise is to put up a "sound wall" between your building and the neighbors. It's time PCT steps up and takes care of these issues. They were not caused by the people who live in this area and we have all been here way before PCT was here. And, we will not go away!!"

"Owning a small construction company I can't necessarily afford to drive a truck to pick up pallets of tile in Southern CA....but these guys make it afforable and do a great job with all their deliveries. I saw a few reviews about their noise I have been to their wherehouse an it''s fully permitted and not in heavily populated area. Additionally, the reviews on here should be about the serice they offer and the job they do delivering....not operating in silence. I would want someone to review my company, not how quiet my saws and hammers are. Lol"

"The company purchased property near me located oat 6390 Monterey Rd. Paso Robles They became my new neighbor in a rural area and with total disregard for proper permitting from the county for excavating for the purpose of pouring concrete loading docks . They load trucks at all hours of night driving forklifts in and out the trucks banging along as they go . The employees tend to yell across the warehouse at each other . They had no room to park trucks and trailers at this location and made a deal with seller to purchase a parcel down the road and no surprise he devastated the natural vegetation and leveled the parcel "OH NO SURPRISE DIDN'T get proper permits! This is a case of ask forgiveness not get proper approval, Deep pockets no personal regard for the quality of live they affect."

"I had an incident with the driver of truck 209 swerving on and off the road in front of me which caused my windshield to be chipped and cracked in several places. When I was able to pass the truck the driver was obviously distracted with his cell phone. I called the company to try and have my windshield repaired and was told by their safety manager that they didn't have a truck in the area. When I gave him the truck number, license plate number and truck description, I was told that it was one of their trucks which was not yet equipped with gps, and that he would have his insurance company contact me. So far nothing has been done to rectify the situation and I haven't heard from either the company safety manager or their insurance company."
