Its the customer service of the office assistant we dealt with today that needs to be addressed. My husband and I did not appreciate the rudeness whatsoever!! Maybe some retraining is needed? This was not the first time with her either!!"

Did not notify me after they refused to verify a prescription for my animal with an online pharmacy, which they had informed me they would do Told me that they required each pet to get numerous vaccinations, of which only one, rabies, is actually required by the state of WI making the rest potentially unnecessary...which leads me to believe it is a corporate money making scheme. Yes they r owned by a company called CareVet, who, BTW, is currently offering vets 6 figures plus a $250k sign on bonus. And speaking of online, regardless of what type of pet u click on, a list of items for all types of pets is displayed...so why even bother asking? I mean that can't even do that correctly so I definitely would not trust them with an actual live animal."

"Great crew ! Diamond Dave and Dr. Christine took great care of my old man cat and talked me out of using my young cat as "parts" after he injured my poor old kitty. I'll be back with my "good cats" after they did such a great job with my grumpiest one. The fat orange bas***d still shows zero remorse."
