"Edit 2: I just received a call about my "overdue account" FOUR MONTHS after I both emailed AND went in person to close my box. They have COMPLETELY lost the plot of their business. EDIT: going in to close my mailbox was yet another confirmation that whoever's running this place is in the wrong job. The owner is a terrible communicator who blames others for his inability to follow through. I was given a form to fill out that I didn't need...was told to email the owner to give notice, and never heard back, despite asking for confirmation. I truly hope this place goes out of business. *** I had a mailbox here for several years, through a couple management changes. The current team seems to struggle keeping up with their business. Despite having my information on file, they regularly mix up my CC#, "accidentally" leave the phone off the hook, REGULARLY forget to charge me when it's time to renew then want to charge ME a late fee -- it's ridiculous. The owner himself has yelled at me multiple times, and my godmother (who sometimes picks up my mail for me) too. She's the nicest woman on the planet and doesn't deserve that kind of treatment!! After a couple years of giving them chances, I found another mail service. I won't miss the people here AT ALL; they're rude AF and don't belong in customer service whatsoever."

"This place is a scam. I came to do the live scan fingerprints. The guy told me the cost is $20 plus whatever the government charges. He went through the whole process and told me the total is $90. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and he basically told me to take my business somewhere else. I got it done at a different location and they showed me the breakdown. The government fee is the same no matter where you go. Government fee $47. Only the processing fee is different depending on the location. This means postal annex wanted to charge me $43 despite telling me $20 moments prior."

"A SCAM! I went to this postal annex yesterday in the hopes of mailing out a package and purchasing a book of stamps as the USPS down the street was closed. The merchant had a difficult time writing out my address as I slowly and clearly read out the information. I had to go back and have him edit multiple lines he typed in incorrectly. Shipping costs were insane too. I went to get a quote on sending a small (less than 1lb) package across the country and he said it would cost me about $20. I later go home to find out shipping through an online service would only cost me $9.50 for the same service and carrier. Additionally, before I left, I asked if I could purchase a book of stamps at least, to which he replied that it would cost $20, $1 per stamp. I questioned him, asking why they're $1 each if they're (currently) supposed to cost $0.60. He brushed me off, saying that if I want them cheaper, I had to buy them at the post office. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer ANYWHERE and I will not be returning anytime soon."

"5/11/2021 Went to get my Livescan fingerprints done here. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. I was immediately greeted and helped. They talked me through the whole process to make sure I understood what was being done. I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone was wearing a mask and the gentleman who helped me was wearing gloves. Before now, I did not know of this small business but if I have shipping needs in the future, I will definitely reach out to them."
