"I chose this location only because I was charging my EV at a nearby charge station, and I needed to drop off an Amazon return for my sister. I was in a hurry that day and was pleased that there was a UPS location just a few feet from where I was charging my car. When I went inside, there were only 2 customers ahead of me. Still, the wait was way too long. But if that had been the only issue, all would have been fine once I reached the counter. When I finally did reach the counter, a woman, who I later learned was the owner, commenced with making shipping my packages an unpleasant experience, and an impossible task. She was rude and combative, seemingly from the first second she laid eyes on me. It seemed to me that the woman took one look at me and didn't see a hard-working business owner or a human worthy of respect, but seemed to see someone she didn't like, at first glance. She then proceeded to make what should have been a simple transaction a quite negative experience. I told her I had two packages to be shipped back to Amazon and two corresponding QR codes. Her first scan of my QR code didn't match the package. I asked her to please scan my other package or to scan my second QR code. She refused, for some reason, and started making statements that had nothing to do with why I was there. "Honey, I do this for a living." I told her "It should be easy for you then. Please let's get this done." She instead chose to start an argument with me. A customer. I was there to patronize her business, and at a disadvantage. She ultimately refused me service and asked the customers behind me to physically disregard my presence at the counter and come ahead of me. The customers behind me refused to do so, showing me more respect than the shop owner... But I choose to leave. Based on my experience, I advise all people to avoid this location. There is another UPS Store within 2 or 3 miles. They are professional, quick, efficient, well-staffed, and the customer service is great."
"Absolutely the worst location. I’ve tried on three separate occasions to make an Amazon return because they could only be returned at UPS. The first time they told me, the bag I had my item wasn’t good enough. Even though it was the original packing. They told me to go to the grocery store across the parking lot and get a bag from there and bring it back and use that. The kid working the register said he had a bag and would give it to me and the manager said no. I went to the next nearest UPS store and they took it. The second time I gave them a shot, thinking maybe that manager wasn’t there and the same thing happened. Today was my last attempt. I gave them a third shot, and they refused to take my package because they wanted it in an additional bag. And for the third time I went to the next closest UPS, and they took it immediately. Based on these reviews, it seems to only be this location that sucks so hard."
"Horrible customer service. I received delivery notice on my mailbox to pick up a package here. Arrived at the store, showed the guy my slip. He asked me for the tracking number when clearly it’s on the slip. He then told me there were no tracking of my package and told me he couldn’t help. I ended up having to track my own package on the website and it hasn’t arrived to the store. Really? He couldn’t put in a little more effort to do the research? What a waste a time!"
"I went to this location to print a document minutes before closing. As I walked in at 657pm I was brashly told "we're closed" with no eye contact whatsoever. The gates were down and one employee was sitting behind the counter with the other taping a box. I asked what time do they close and was informed "7pm but we already closed the till." Which means they close before 7pm so I asked again what time do you close? Again, I was told 7pm. Typically the customer service at this location is ok but I live in the neighborhood and it's open after work hours so I continue to patron it. This experience is more of an incentive to setup my printer. It would be nice to know what their actual hours are or a sign posted when they take their last customer."
