I have 5 unpaid invoices with this company 1 invoice is over 277 days old and counting. They also issue fraudulent 1099s stating what they paid me as an independent contractor for 2022."

"I have done 100' s of signings for Miles B, and I would highly recommend this signing agency. They respond promptly to all phone calls, emails, and text messages. I have also received my payments on time."

"Arthur Martinez with Marley Signatures completed five loan signings for Miles B Signings from late June to early July of 2021. Payment was to be rendered from the company within 45 to 60 days. 60 days had passed, and payment had not been made. Around 75 days after signings, a demand letter with invoice and payment agreement documentation was sent to Miles B Signings. Money was finally received about a week after this demand letter was sent. Tobias Scott with Miles B Signings does not respond to emails or voicemails regarding payment concerns. The corporation lookup tool also shows that the California Franchise Tax Board has suspended the company. We will not be working for Miles B Signings in the future due to these issues regarding payment. The fact that they are suspended as a corporation in California also raises a concern as to their ability to continue functioning as an organization."

I have emails from Tobias Scott confirming the assignment and fees."
