Valley Farm Transport

"I recently retired and decided to take a summer job as a driver for Valley Farm Transport. However I work out of the Dixon Ca. yard and I would go to Stockton Campbell soup on sometimes a daily basis and drop loaded trailers with Tomatoes from the farms and pick up empty trailers that were sometimes unfit to be on the road, so here is when I would go to the Stockton Valley Farm yard to usually swap for a good set of trailers. Matt or Ray usually helped me get on my way in a short amount of time. They take good care of the equipment and make sure that whatever it is you need for a safe journey is taken care of. Now that's the Stockton yard. Dixon is the main yard and they are the same if not better when it comes to maintaining the equipment. Thats a big job and they do it well considering all the equipment they do have. Its a good place to work, but like Matts says its not for everyone, during harvest season its go, go, go 7 days a week and they have to get the harvest in to the Plants or the tomatoes, prunes, rice, olives, and lima beans will rot in the fields and those are the items that I hauled as a driver for the 4 months that I worked."

"Multiple reviews saying the same thing…valley farm transport some of the most dangerous drivers on the road, just got ran off the highway on i5 truck #217 these mouth breathers need to get there act together amateurs hiring a bunch of steering wheel holders with no accountability. Will be making report with chp since these clowns wont take action til its too late. If trucking is too hard to figure out for you people maybe go flip burgers at burger king?"
