"I tried to pull money out of the ATM. It didn’t give it to me, but took the money from my account. I went inside to ask to get my money back. The lady was rude, and told me to call the number on the receipt and someone “might” come out to help me get my money. I called the number, they tell me that they don’t actually send anyone out, and to file a claim to get my money back. So I call to file a claim and they tell me it could be up to 45 days to see MY money. Absolutely horrible experience with horrible people."

"my experience absolutely sucked after watching all the adds about "a new way to bank" and the actors that just walk in and are attended to right away, i experience the opposite. i wished to simply add my wife to an account that should only take 5 minutes but Chase tells me i don't need an appointment and just walk but will need my wife there as well. So i quit work early enough to race home to get her and back track for miles to the nearest Chase bank before 5:00. Only to be told that i need an appointment!!!!! and the teller was rude as she works half the hours of the rest of us and still complained about COVID as the excuse for everything then every other branch i called did not have 5 minutes for me - i am taking all my money out of Chase today"

"DO NO REFINANCE HERE!! 2 no shows by notaries that Chase Bank employee's blamed on the notaries when it was there error. They didn't even schedule them since the paperwork wasn't ready. Waste of time and money due to lost work. Then they held fees over my head so I couldn't back out when it was their error. I've talked to multiple notaries that say this is a Chase wide problem. Honesty is a huge issue with Chase. Own up to your mistakes and I can work through it. Lie to me and we have issues."

"This is the easiest bank to work with. All the people have been real helpful is set up a business one year ago. I got setup with merchant account and when the business did not work out they helped me close the account. One year later, I remembered how much help and open another account and this is a great bank to work with."

"Worst branch ever! I wanted to notify them about my father's death; however, the personal banker didn't process my request although I had a death certificate in my hand. So I asked for the branch manager, the personal banker said her branch manager was at lunch and she won't be back until another hour or so. Finally, I asked what would happen to my deceased father's account and she said we will bill you if there is any payments due. Then left the banch immediately."
