Reviews
"Usually I have no issues with this branch. Today customer service from Suzy at the front desk was disrespectful, full of attitude and sarcasm. Worst customer service."
"Celeste Lopez has been the most helpful representative. She has the brightest smile and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service skill! Thank you for what you do. I am eventually planning to make this bank my primary bank."
"This has been my home branch for a few years now. It's almost never that busy. Parking is ok in front. But there is a huge lot behind the building to park in. Having a drive through ATM that does not affect the front of the store is nice. Just completed my first auto loan buying program with Maria. It was super easy! I got everything that I wanted. While Loanne helped me setup the trade in and actually purchase, maria helped with all the paperwork. It was a seamless process. I will absolutely recommend using SDCCU to help finance a new car, and Maria to help with the process. Thank you for helping me get my first new car."
"I go here to this location to pay my car loan every month. Unfortunately I had a misunderstanding with one of the bank tellers for the skip a pay option during the holidays. I was a bit frustrated with what happened, however the teller remained calm and let me speak with the assistant branch manager Josh Jankowski to get things sorted out. They sent in a request to their office to have a one time courtesy for the skip a pay. They contacted me within a few hours and had my request granted. Very satisfied with my visit, employees and manager were polite and professional about the situation."
"Beyond disappointed with this location. I opened an account not too long ago. I was called by my banker 2 months after opening my acct and was told I needed to deposit money into my checking a within 2 weeks or my acct would be closed. I was unaware (had not received their mail) therefore I went the next day and deposit a significant amount. My banker never told me my debit card was "unactivated" and that I'd have to go get a new one inside the bank. I work Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 and Its almost impossible to make it to the bank until Saturday. What's even more ridiculous is that the beneficiary on my account, who's able to go during the week, is not able to make withdrawals. Ugh such a bad situation. I won't be able to use my debit card until Saturday! Beyond frustrated with the branch."
