"First and for most, these people will call you non-stop. They have very rude & poor customer service. Twice when I was on the phone with them they pretended that they couldn't hear me when I called them out on their service. Even when you apply and you are approved you have to go through a 30 minute phone call with someone just so you can get started and they move very very very slow. Right now I had to call twice in order to have them remove my phone number so I can no longer receive no more calls, I had 5 voicemails regarding the same thing. I paid off my loan 3 months ago and when I did I kindly said since I paid off my loan I won't receive anymore phone calls correct and they said yes. NOPE WRONG, I was still receiving constant voicemails and calls. If you are really disparate for a loan then by all means go here, but I highly highly do not recommend this place. I wish they had negative 1 star on here because that's how poor their service is."

"my review is about their service though their customer service number. Its HORRIBLE, i asked a couple of questions and as soon as they got stuck or didn't know the answer they hang up! The very first thing they do is ask for a number were they can call back in case the call drops and they never called back so I knew they were hanging up on me."
