"Not a very professional company and office staff is horrid. One of there drivers causes major damage to a car and the car has to follow and make them pull over. Do not use this company, they are not honest!"

"While the driver was timely, polite, and did his job well. I am completely shocked at the poor level of customer service and incompetence in the office. They accidentally charged me an extra $2000 and only notified me via email stating this has happened and I could expect a refund in 7-10 business days. In addition to leaving me $2000 short during a cross county move which put me in a very stressful situation- the amount they are refunding is not true to the amount I had been quoted. The quote includes "all optional services" but apparently it did NOT. They not only slipped in an extra $300 but they "accidentally" charged us twice for these extra fees and it required me dealing with a very rude representative repeatedly before getting them to at least not charge double for the fee that should have been included in the quote. This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had moving. Not only were they incompetent in billing and dishonest they have zero remorse about what was done."
