"In the past service has been great.. sometimes had to wait for other customers.. no problem. Today there was a lady working there that was extremely rude. Went in sent an email to their email site to print two pages the lady working there said it’ll be 20 minutes or more she was helping the customer in front of us. The customer heard we only had to print two pages and said go ahead and take care of those folks first I still have to fill out my forms first. So we waited and waited.. only to be ignored. Finally I asked the employee were you going to print out our two pages… In a very rude manner the response was… no I already told you would be 20 minutes or so. So we left"

"Walked in at 4:28pm to get fingerprinted, was not greeted nor acknowledged. There was a notary helping someone. Finally someone came out from the back to help us, we informed her we were looking to get fingerprinted. She told us they stop doing fingerprints at 4:30pm. I didn't realize what time it was until I was walking out the door. It was 4:31pm."

"I stood waiting while the fingerprint technician completed a personal phone call to her son talking about his stolen SSN. No apologies, nothing. Like she was doing me a favor. I frequently have to provide livescan and have gone to this location everytime. Clearly not valued as a customer, won't be returning."
