"They made my moving experience so pleasant. I haven't moved in over a decade and this was process. I came a few days before the move and I was greeted by Anthony the store manager. I explained my concerns and he listened and suggestion items for my move. He said don't worry we know this is a stressful experience; we are here to help you make this part less stressful. On the day of the move , I walked in to the store; I was greeted, mind you it was the weekend the busiest day/time. Nicole checked me in and walked across the counter to help me select items that Anthony had noted in my account. I was shocked that he took the time to note comments in my account i.e. mattress cover, couch cover, and extra boxes. I wanted a few other things however, Nicole said you don't need this for your move. (Thank You) Which made me feel like they aren't hustling and care . The truck was extemely clean, had gas, and road smoothly. Returning the truck was just as pleasant. I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you for making this part of the move pleasant . Shout out to Anthony/Nicole for going the extra mile to help me the move. Highly recommend this location."

"Made an appointment to install a trailer hitch. Pre-paid online. Work was done well and on time. No complaints. AND, despite the likelihood that my kick sensor would stop working to open the hatch, the installer moved it and it still works fine. Thanks for that extra effort."

"I know this place gets a bad wrap and I get it … sometimes the line is long. But sometimes it isn’t. It comes in waves, and that’s hard to predict and staff for. What I do know is Kathleen is incredible and she makes every visit a pleasant one. I rent a truck at least a few times a month and she’s absolutely awesome. She is patient, polite, calm and just so peaceful. Not to mention, she is very thorough and never misses a detail. Anthony, the manager, is also a really great guy. He is very accommodating and is juggling everything as best he can. Thank U Haul Concord. You’re all just trying your best and I appreciate that."
