"The employees are always very helpful. My mom doesn't like it in the building when it gets dark, because the lights are motion lights and it freaks her out. Otherwise very nice inside and outside. You can store almost everything here, cars, boats, RVs, trails. Outside or inside if available. I will say the only downside that should be fixed is that the driveways need to have lights, if you don't know where the driveway is you will miss it every time when it is dark outside."
"Good luck getting your deposit back. It's been 6 months, I still don't have my f'in deposit back after being promised 3 or 4 times "I should have it soon"."
"This facility does not honor a reservation online. I spoke with Madeline she said that they had no units available. That making a reservation online did not mean its available. I mentioned to her that I got an email confirmation with a unit number already and all I had to do is go in the office and fill out my paperwork but still told me it was no longer available. She told me the unit that I reserved are not handled online. Please be careful reserving online from this facility."
