"I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 4 years in US but it is my first time experiencing a rude customer service when i called regarding my cargo box that I sent in the Philippines. It was a lady who answered the phone when i called (Tully Road San Jose) Friday 3:20. I asked the lady nicely regarding the box I sent .,in tagalog but she’s so disrespectful..It seems like she’s not well trained in answering calls..I can hear also other lady talking on her behalf and same like her she’s also rude..They don’t know how to deal with their customers.. She said in tagalog.. “Maghintay ka! Maswerte nga di inabot ng 3 months” when i asked if they can expedite my box since one of their customer service before told me when i called, that they can do expedite once it’s done for the inspection in Customs (Manila).. I love sending my box using LBC.,but i just feel disappointed with their customer service in (Tully Road)"
