"Absoultely the worst business I have ever dealt. Took a very large deposit on a TV on backorder and after months of waiting, I found the very same TV available online. I ordered the TV online and requested a refund from Ernst at Home AV. He lied and said he would refund and never did. He also never finished an audio project I pre-paid for at my house that was going on at the same time and now does not respond to texts. Total criminals. Stay away."
"Fast mantel mount install and knew what they were doing! 4 stars instead of 5 because when we called to schedule the installation we shared we wanted behind the wall wiring with an above the fireplace mount, but when techs arrived said all they were scheduled/booked to do was a basic TV mount. Bummed about the miscommunication but they did well with what they had planned to do and still installed the fireplace mount."
"I initially contacted Home AV Pros to mount a tv on the wall. Ernst was great to work with, and he and a helper quickly had my tv on the wall, looking great! At the time I didn’t have a cable receiver, but expected to get one soon. Ernst explained what could be done to add the receiver to the mount, and I had him come out again when I got the receiver. He had an extra outlet brick that I needed, as well as the longer mounting screws needed to hide the box. He was very knowledgeable about my tv and cable box, and was able to quickly reset things after getting the install done. They even brought their own vacuum to clean things up. I thought pricing was extremely reasonable, and I was able to make appointments very quickly (they even came out on a Sunday morning). I highly recommend them, and will use them again if needed."
