"Sophie was favoring a front leg. I could see a nail was in pretty bad shape. WVH had me drop her off at 8 am and Dr. Denison would see her when there was time. I was called at 9:38 am and was told two nails had to be removed. Sophie is doing great. Same day service including surgery? I couldn't make any further suggestions about how to improve service. Well Done!!"
