"RACISM at its finest. Just wow. Dealt with Jeanne, who handles car loan department. We been approved by different credit union but saw a better rate here. When we walked in, she was very stand offish with us. She didn’t even want to put our application in the system. The way she expressed it, your job salary is not enough ( 105k/year) … there will be other factor. Like credit score. I have 784 credit score. Because of her attitude we end up not going with her. Will never go back."
