"Disappointed Experience at Boarders Skate Shop My son and I visited Boarders on December 17th very excited to check out a watch on sale. He was quite keen on it, so we asked the store associate to take it out of the display for a closer look. Unfortunately, she wouldn't allow him to touch it, even though I understand they had some earlier events that restricted handling certain items. While I appreciate their concern for the merchandise, being denied the opportunity to examine an item before purchase felt disappointing and inconsiderate, especially for a young child enthusiastic about the product. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and hesitant to return in the future. I believe open communication and clear signage regarding handling policies would have enhanced our experience and prevented this misunderstanding. "So, I went in to pick up some clothes for my son and ended up getting a bunch of the wrong sizes. I went back with him this time. The manager Diego took care of everything making sure we were happy before we left. Definitely the place to go."

"I am currently at the store it is 7:00 PM the employees are standing in front of the store closing it explaining how we can’t go in even though their hours state 8pm . We explained we drove our daughter from Santa Clarita and they said “ohh that’s too bad we’re sorry” horrible customer service and if those aren’t the correct hours they need to change them"

"Definitely my favorite skate shop in the Valley. The people are super friendly and when you are learning how to skate, they'll tell you tips or steps on how to do something. The prices are a bit high but that's to be expected when you go to a mall and buy nice clothes. The shirts they sell are high quality and durable. I come back here whenever I go into the Valley."

"Came in for shoes, 50% off second pair sale, but couldn't find a single second pair in normal range sizing. Everything besides shoes was pretty much typical full retail lifestyle branded predictability. Staff didn't want to be there."
