"I see I’m not alone who thinks that R&L the worst logistic carrier. Natasha, who I was unfortunate to communicate with, was very unprofessional, talked over me all the time, and was providing me with the controversial information. Due to her unprofessionalism, careless attitude, and lack of listening skills, the R&L will continue losing money and the customers."

"The worst freight and logistics carrier. They missed a delivery window and are giving us a run around that it’s being provided to a third party carrier, now to schedule a new delivery for us. No courtesy call or notification of the change! EVEN when we called at the halfway point of our delivery window, the receptionist still said it was on track to be delivered. Like other reviewers, took a day off of work to accept a delivery and was let down by R+L"

"They give you a time window but then don’t show up in that time window. You then call and ask what happened and they say “well, that is an estimate”. Yes a 4 hour window is the estimate. It’s a 4 hour window. That’s a 4 hour window in which you should arrive. If you can to that then give a broader window of time."

"Delivery was supposed to occur between 9am-1pm. Took the day off work in order to be available for the scheduled delivery. 1pm came and went. I called their dispatch line and was informed it was transferred to another carrier because it was too large and they only had one truck going in my direction. I now have to try to take another day of work off in order to receive the shipment. I understand things happen, but call your customer and inform them so that they don’t have to wait around all day."

"This is the worst freight company. I never take time to write reviews because I work on customer service and sometimes I understand complicated situations happen. But I order a car engine on eBay and this company was on charge to deliver it. It took two days from Atlanta to Sacramento but has been lost since it got there (about two weeks to be precise) Been calling costumer service and they literally said is lost. How can you lost something that worth $2000? Companies that use this other company for their freight be careful since this company is a joke, seriously they don't care about the costumer. Also person behind the phone told me my best option is to order another item (engine). Are you serious? Sorry for the company that sold me the engine but I'm getting my money back."
