"It's rare I give 5 stars to ANYTHING, but this shop will get my rare PERFECT rating. Treated like a human being: CHECK. Courteous service, eye contact, distancing? CHECK. For a guy like me used to barely disguised disparagement, microaggressions and macroaggressions, and even blatant defamation from those tasked with assisting me, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED on this recent visit. This has been an extraordinary experience. The young man INSISTED on taping up my torn up box. I have to admit, it was next-level and not what I was expecting. This is easily a 5-star location and I can't recommend it enough. Highest possible rating, other places will NEVER get this rating even if they paid me IN CASH to come over."

"The older white haired lady was rude and tried to charge me for a piece of tape, then she tells me other stores charge even more, I've been to many UPS stores and never been charged for tape in my life. One piece of tape....."

"Penny the manager always goes above and beyond to print my documents. The lady at the counter Natalya is very professional and friendly. She knows how to handle pressure very well. I went in there one day, the line was long, phone was ringing and she was taking passport photos for a customer, she did all this by herself with a smile on her face whilst acknowledging every customer that walked in."

"I always drive a bit further to go to this location. Friendly staff here and always in and out fast! Also has 2-3 staff at all times to keep the line moving; unlike some stores.. …(*cough*cough*)Thank you guys! Keep on being the best UPS store around!"
