"Failed to honor warranty and deliberately deceitful. After just 5 rides, this $200 SMP Well Gel saddle had permanent indents from my sit bones. After just 10 rides, it split at the seams and all the goo squeezed out, ruining a $150 pair of shorts. After several emails with Albabici, where they led me along asking for more information (that had previously been provided), they finally just ignored me. So isn't this a great story ... deceiving you and wasting your time with bogus communication and then finally just blowing you off and not honoring the warranty."
