"Where do I start, had a blown tire and it damaged the rim so bad that I was unable to replace the tire and get home safe. Made a few calls and nothing was shorter than a 45min wait. I contacted Golden State Towing, and they showed up in less than half that time. I was truely impressed. They came in took care of my vehicle, got me home safe and made sure I was good to go before taking off. The staff was super respecful and if there were more stars I would give it to them. "I was delivering a dealer vehicle back to the dealer from my shop when I blew a tire. Unfortunately the vehicle did not have a spare tire, but a tire patch kit. The blow out was a little more extreme than I had imagined. I called around for a tow truck, golden state towing was the only one with the quickest response time. They were very adequate and prompt with timing. I highly suggest giving them a call when ever you are in a situation, they will take care of you and your vehicle 100%."
"I have never had such amazing service in such a difficult situation. I was going down the 880 when I got a flat. Worst part was in the middle of traffic and raining. I was in such a horrible mood but here comes the amazing staff from Golden State Towing to save the day. They were so nice and kind and quick and efficient. I have had to use tow trucks in the past and have always had to wait a long time and they were always kind of rude. The staff at Golden State were none of that.
