I have been dealing with Amazon customer service for 3 days, trying to return an item. Return postage was not paid by Amazon or the 3rd party vendor. What a shock! USPS wanted $255. to return, UPS total was $126. However, the numerical part of the return address in GA was NOT in the UPS database. Jessica suggested that I call Amazon to verify. I did and she even assisted by talking to their customer service. After all this time, Amazon said they would not only refund my purchase price but “keep the product”! I am STUNNED! Jessica was so helpful, patient and friendly! I hope she’s there every time I go in there!"
