"I’m writing this after yet another awful encounter with one of your Giant bus drivers. I just had one of your drivers honk at me for getting into a carpool. He didn’t have to wait for more than a few seconds for me to jump in a car and began honking at my ride who had their emergency blinkers on. He then flashed his bright lights at us as he drove behind. There was nothing we did to provoke this awful behavior."

"Drivers of this company’s buses are terrible, always breaking the laws of the road. For example... On 5/30/18, bus 3602 permit 07-0024 made an illegal right hand turn from a left turn only lane onto Willow Road in Menlo Park."

"Maybe get are alright to ride in but those shuttles weave in and out of traffic. One cut me off today to get in the #1 lane only to cut back over 4 lanes in 1.6 miles to get off the 92 exit and this is every day. Try to report them. No numbers on the bus or one number seems to be scratched off. Then if you call their office no one is there to pick up on any of the 4 options to let them know bus 215 has a bad driver at the helm every day Better to buy a car and sit in the traffic. At least it safer"
