"I had a lot of fragile items I needed packaged and shipped. I first went to UPS and was told they couldn’t package the items up for us. I called Mail & Parcels Plus in a panic and they told me they would package everything and ship it for us. They were so friendly and helpful! They wrapped everything great. Two dishes were broke in the process but I blame fed ex for that as they dented the box even though there were fragile stickers all over the boxes. I’m thankful for them and the Manager Ray. I would highly recommend them!"

"I have been going to this location for just about anything (printing, scanning, faxing, mailing, taking passport pictures, notorizing, etc)for a few years now. The associates are very friendly and nice. They answer my questions to the best of their knowledge. I usually ask questions about random things. If I need to do or know something specific, time sensitive or specific forms, I mostly do my research, contact the actual organization, and make sure I have what's needed ready to go. I don't think it's their responsibility to do my research or know everything."

"The male employee (while I’m sure is the owner) is very rude and short. Very defensive as well when I called him out, all they want is money and don’t want to help. When I asked for help he said he didn’t know what forms are for each live scan (which is legit, I wouldn’t either). I gave him a form I thought I needed since he was no help but then I found the actual form later and returned. When I showed him the new form that I found and I needed, he immediately knew what the form was and was for and even the exact price!!??These people are liars and rip offs!! I asked for help at first and even told him what I needed the live scan for so he could help me find the form and he said he didn’t know when I came in! But then How do you magically know when I showed u a new form exactly what it was for after telling me you didn’t know!! Which he instantly recognized the form, immediately told me the price BY MEMORY and the process !! He then proceeded to tell me the old form was already processed, how is that even possible to be that fast! Not even 3 hrs later just because he didn’t want to give me my money back. Don’t come here waste of money and time. Zero help and expensive. They do not care to help you. This place should be reported and taken down."
