"I would have rated this company negative if it were possible! I was rear ended by a delivery truck and the driver hit and ran off the HWY 880. It turned out that the this drive hired by Baba Express was illegal alien he did not even have a driver's license. When you use their service, you not only put your own delivery and other drivers on the road into danger, you are also supporting illegal activities, harming the community and society as a whole."

"AVOID THIS COMPANY; I have never worked with a more ruder, untrustworthy group of people. I ordered a table to be assembled. The group delivered the table but didn't send enough men to bring it up the stairs. Fine. They need to come back another time. We organize another time for the table to be delivered and brought upstairs and yet again they come with ONLY two people.The movers were extremely nice and apologetic but their boss only sent two people. Meanwhile the order form has a highlighted line, that clearly says SEND 4 MEN. I call the company again and speak with their representative, he tells me I can wait between 9am-2:00pm on a saturday. I said that is completely unreasonable and want to speak to the manager. HANGS UP on me. I call back again, he said they got "disconnected". I insisted to speak to the owner and he told me he is busy, that I can take the 9am-2:00pm or nothing. I refused and he said too bad, we arent going to help you then. HUNG UP. Really? I cannot for the life of me understand that they think they can treat customers that way. This is a moving company that enters your home and clearly a sign of the type of culture at this organization and how they do business. I really hope I can help one person avoid using this business."
