Arrived and the person behind the counters reply was 'No one is here for that until at least 10:30'. When asked what the use of the web scheduler was, the reply was 'I'm just back from vacation'. Clueless. This outlet continues to disappoint with poor customer service. Try another like the AIM Mail Center just across the freeway."
