The staff, Maura, who did my intake and initial testing, and Michelle, who is handling some insurance inquiries, were professional, courteous and very friendly. She went the extra mile, explaining my follow up appointments would be billing under medical, for my particular issues, which is so helpful as I have medical insurance but no vision coverage. With the assistance of Mara a ( trained professional optician) I was able to get my glasses selected, fitted, and sized with pinpoint accuracy all the while she held to a friendly professional demeanor.
