"This complaint is related to billing and registration services. I presented to GHS in May for services, received my EOB from my insurance company, but had yet to receive a bill from GHS. When I came for services I was NOT asked to confirm my address, and I shared any requested cards at check-in with the registration person. Fast forward to today, GHS sent my balance to collections because they had an address on file of somewhere I lived 6 years ago. They commented "we saw that you had returned mail". I find it unacceptable that GHS sends a balance to collections first versus making a simple call to confirm my address so they could mail my bill. Your lack of process standards should not be any of your customers fault."

"I saw Dr. Reed on Sept 24, 2021. I had an excellent experience and have felt much better after the visit. He has great listening skills and knowledge. I believe medicine is science and an art. Doctor Reed is skilled in both. So glad I switched providers. Thank you Doctor Reed!"
