"Same as the other complaints before me, it has been 8 months since I paid them and they started processing my insurance credentialing applications and some are still in process. It took them 6 months to process Medicare and Triwest. On top of this, communication is poor and very disorganized. They did not set up my portal until a month ago. The portal itself is not very helpful and some of the links don't work. My portal said Aetna is approved but there is no contract whatsoever that's attached, instead a Medicare link pops up with nothing in it. They also did not inform me I have been approved for Triwest so I have unknowingly declined VA referrals citing I was not credentialed with Triwest yet. The most concerning part is, it has been 8 month since I paid to get credentialed with privated insurance companies and I am still waiting to get credentialied! They sure know how to sell their services. They will talk you up about how great their company is but I have lost my trust in this business. Do not trust them."

"DO NOT TRUST DBN: We had a truly terrible experience with Doctors Business Network. We entrusted them with thousands of dollars to secure insurance carriers for our medical practice, with a promised timeframe of 140 days. However, over six months have elapsed, and it’s become painfully evident that they deceived us. They only applied for one insurance, despite our payments for multiple carriers. When we contacted these insurers, they had no record of any applications on our behalf. Astonishingly, this was not an isolated incident, as I learned from another provider who faced the same ordeal and has been waiting for a year. It’s abundantly clear that Doctors Business Network essentially pilfered our money and that of others. To add insult to injury, they’ve now become impossible to reach, ignoring phone calls and leaving us in the lurch. Avoid this company at all costs; they are a scam and a rip-off."
