"I had an order of tile through Wayfair that was to be handed off to ABF for final delivery. Wayfair gave me a bit of a runaround, but I was able to track down this San Jose location as the next stop. With the help of Steven at ABF, was able to arrange a will call pick up. He went out of his way to help me track down this freight and follow up with me, and it is much appreciate."

"Not so sure for those 1 star comments but today 5/8/23 I received my TV smoothly from ABF. The lady (sorry I forgot to ask her name) who delivered the TV is super nice, helped me to load the TV, transfer it onto my hand truck then then make sure I move into the elevator."

"Ordered building materials and vendor shipped via ABF Freight. Due date was 1/16/19, got a call from local office that delivery would be betwean 9 and 1. So took time off and scheduled contractor to come in. On 1/15 around 5pm they called and said there's a delay and it will be Friday - same time. Switched time off, contractor, now time off for Friday 1/17. No calls Thursday night, sitting home and around 10 am they call again, no delivery until Monday 1/10 .. MAYBE, if they feel like it and decide to load this shipment. So i am sitting here's wasting time off and they do not care at all, no refund, no apologies, NOTHING like they are GOD and we just have to take whatever they dish out. Contacting corp office and shipper, to get at least a partial refund ! AVOID these people at all costs if you can !"
