Then go the next day and have to be refunded because trading in an item is undoable. Fine I got refunded then bought a while new system to find out the remote is broke. very disappointed in their products."
"Please get a new sales rep The dude that was at the store today was such low energy and didn't seem to care at all. I watched a line of about 6 customers come in and out looking frustrated with the experience. Please get someone new for the location so that the place can feel more alive. especially during the holiday season, i'd imagine customers would want to feel great about getting gifts and deals for their loved ones."
