"Arthur credit Union is one of the best institutions that I've ever dealt with in my bank. In system and loan needs staff is very friendly. And helpful in every way they possibly can be. I hope to be with them until enduration. They've been good for me and to me, thank you."
"Don’t do business here. Deposited cash, still waiting to get to my bank account. It’s been over a week."
"This credit union has a lot of issues. I'm pretty sure they hate their customers and want to avoid them. It is nearly impossible to get thru their phone system and get to a human being. It will hang up on you when you press 0. I was not able to do a deposit over the phone in any way. No credit card advance, no transfer, nothing. These people are impossible to work with."
"I went to this location twice. Once to open the account and once to close it. Both times I was there, it was hard to get someone to help me; on one of those occasions there was no one else in the building and the other one they were understaffed. I did not get one smile while I was in here the branch manager and the customer sales rep were borderline rude. I have power of attorney over my son and wanted to order a debit card for him. This power of attorney is four pages long, was taken straight from the probate code and drawn up specifically by my lawyer for these circumstances. After waiting for 20 minutes they said that I couldn't order him the debit card because the power of attorney only stated, "Banking and financial transactions" and ordering a debit card is not a financial transaction. I did not want to argue with them and so I asked them if cancelling my account was a financial transaction and they told me yes. I said great then let's cancel the account. I kept waiting for them to apologize or try to save the account or even smile at me but they didn't. They proceeded to give me very fast service and I had the account closed in less than 5 minutes. Unbelievable. I received better service when they cancelled my account than when I was asking them to do their job. I know the big banks charge service fees for maintaining your account but at least they smile at you and give you better customer service. Stay away from this place."
