"They hit my truck on Van Ness today while driving for Tesla. Driver did not carry insurance and refused to give me his license info until after I called the Police non-emergency line and the officer informed him that he had to present his license. Supervisor Ron was short and unhelpful and refused to provide video except through insurance."

"Well i m an uber driver who got hit by a we drive u driver 2 weeks ago. My car got damaged and i am home because i cant work with a damaged car. I called the company and they responded after 3 days of the incident. They told me that they are sorry for what happened and they are willing to cover the damages. I told them as im home im loosing money and they told me to send photos and facts of the accident. And then they will send me a check. Today i called them and they told me that my claim got denied and they won't cover my loss. The reason was i was driving backward amd the driver thought he could pass !!! Could you immagine.?? Don't trust this company and don't deal with it. They only care about making money but when it concerns giving people their right.they totally deny. I am taking them to court and i won't get rest till they get punished !!!!!"
