"Don't go there! they charge a lot higher than other places, also they charge 3% more on credit cards. Today I went there and tried to use DHL shipping to oversea, the lady told me $120..... I was shocked, because at another place off 15 freeway on Miramar Road they charged me $63 for the same package and the same address I was sent to that place charged me $63 for DHL. When I asked the lady why you charge too much, she said how about using FedEx. That would be cheaper, but when she gave me the bill that was $96.77 plus $3.50 credit card fee.......this is ridiculous, they charge too much that others and make customers pay the credit card princess fee. I tried ask for cancel the transaction I need go other place, but the woman and the short asian guy refused cancel told me already charged. Don't go there, the place right across the freeway will save you money and a friendly place."

"Not sure why there are mixed reviews. I’ve used here mainly to drop off my UPS labeled items, but my husband and I used for passport photos and passport renewals as well. The man at the counter was very helpful and friendly every time. I give it a 5 stars from my own experience!"
