"Worst bus service possible. The bus drivers are rude and yell at you if you are on your phone. Not to mention they are always late. Marin Airporter is better(17,49,22,228,219 and so on) drivers are friendly and welcoming"
"I needed to add a car to my Fastrak account and I couldn’t log on to the website. At 4:00 pm I tried calling and got a message my hold time would be 46 minutes now remember I already spent time trying to get into the website. Every couple of minutes the message updated my hold time until it said I had only two minutes to go. 4:46 (as the original hold time) came and went. That’s when the wait time updates ended. I stayed on the line until nearly 5:10 when it dawned on me it was past quitting time. I only stayed in hold this long because I was reading and had nowhere to go. Astonishing lack of service. I wish I could give negative stars. Came back. All is well. I spoke to Randy and Denise who took care of my issues. Thanks."
"Worst bus service in the Bay Area. The buses (101/70/40) are late 9 out of 10 from 15 minutes to unlimited amount of time. There was one time the bus never came while I waited for 1.5 hours (3 buses should have arrived). They also randomly ignore you and skip the stop. They do not have live tracking or a line you can call to check the status of the service (I would not consider 511 as anywhere near useful). Most drivers are nice but I have personally experienced rude service from one driver."
"Consistently inconsistent and very unreliable. 4/24/17: yet another unreliable incident where I am waving like an idiot at the bus stop for the bus and he just drives right by me. The bus wasn't even half full and he did not display a "not in service" sign so why are you ditching the very passengers you're in business to carry at the bus stops that you designate."
"Sunday January 25th, 2015. Bus #10 Northbound scheduled to leave Sausalito 10:52 am went by 10:44am a full 8 minutes early. I called the info to see if another #10 would come at 10:52am or what & it rang over 5 minutes after it announced it was transferring to an Agent. I redial & same thing 7 min. Redial again rang 15 minutes after announcing transferring to Agent. Gave up. ALSO I'm still waiting for 6 years for $175 check when I was forced to stay at a hotel when the last #80 to make a connection to Mill Valley zoomed by 3 passengers who were all flagging the driver down at Lombard & Fillmore. One was a young girl about 14 who then wandered away & never returned for the bus an hour later. We never found out if she got to Marin some other way or got abducted, raped or even killed. Next day I checked with police and could find nothing. A girl that young should not be wandering San Francisco alone that late at night and is too inexperienced to know danger if it's happening in front of her. Overall, these are terrible ways to treat customers!"
