"Terrible service. Came this morning to drop off some amazon returns but the two owners working were extremely unhelpful with the whole thing. The blonde lady and the Indian man that were working today were very disrespectful, rude, and impolite. I was honestly shocked after the service I was given right when I stepped in. I have never experienced such god awful service before and will never be returning to this UPS location. From all the bad reviews they have, it seems like the owners simply don’t care enough to fix their horrible attitude with their customers. These two should not be working in customer service when they treat customers this way."

"Just dropped off amazon purchase in same exact package I received from amazon (never opened). I mentioned to the lady working there, the end of box seemed to be coming open. She was soooo put upon. You would have thought I ask her to go change a flat tire in parking lot. She had to put on a piece of tape, if that. Reminded me it was on me to package it but reluctantly she would put the piece of tape on for me. REALLY!!!!!! Terrible customer service!"

"Easy and convenient. Came to return an Amazon order, I followed the instructions and arrived with it packaged and previous labels removed, the person working scanned the QR code off my phone and that was it."

"Came here to drop off my Amazon return I had the box it was shipped in but the gentleman at the front desk gave me a hard time because I did not have the box taped and closed up. I asked him if I could borrow some tape to which he said he could tape it for me but then gave me a lecture on how they’re not liable because the package was “fragile” it was something so simple so I had to drive to the UPS on Collins they have better customer service."
