"To begin with, we had an extremely positive experience with Shipsmart. People were professional from our query stage to final delivering process. We moved from East coast to West coast and all our belongings were delivered to us safe and on time as per the scheduled timeframe. Writing this review because I have been in the research phase and was worried about whom to choose. Hope my review could help someone who are currently in the same situation!"

"Shipsmart was everything they claim to be and more in providing a quality moving experience for us. We had a relatively small shipment, about the equivalent of a studio apartment to move from Vancouver BC to the Bay Area in California. The shipment was picked up in Vancouver the last week of July and delivered on August 18, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The shipment arrived on 3 pallets and the way each piece of furniture was wrapped and protected was amazing, the contents of each pallet were wrapped in layers of cardboard, creating large, sturdy boxes on each pallet. There was only very minimal damage to one item. And the cost was a fraction of what the major moving companies would charge for a similar move. Three cheers for Shipsmart and 5 stars."

"I thought moving cross country, literally coast to coast, was supposed to be difficult!? When I heard of Ship Smart, I called them immediately. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised that a real person actually answered the phone after a few rings! The customer service provided by Eric and Jasper from start to finish was exceptional. I immediately felt I was in good hands. Ship Smart picked up my items from one house and stored them for a few weeks as I drove cross-country. Throughout transit, Ship Smart always updated me on the exact location of my items. After a few weeks, I finally found a home and was able to give Ship Smart a delivery address. On move-in day, two gentlemen promptly arrived and quickly unloaded my items. They were very funny and friendly to interact with. As a whole, my experience with Ship Smart from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Next time I move, I will 100%, without a doubt, go with Ship Smart!"

"I was concerned about getting our personal belongings from Georgia to Oregon. Ship Smart was referred to me by a major mover. Would this move be affordable? Well, Ship Smart estimate ( which was the final price) made this move possible. They said it could take 2-3 weeks to receive our shipment. To my surprise I received a call 8 days later to arrange to deliver our shipment in the morning. This move could not have gone smoother. Thank you Ship Smart"

"We learned of Ship Smart from one of the major movers who suggested them for small load moves. The service was nothing less than exceptional. Having moved over 9 time, this service was by far the best. The Connecticut local packer did the best job protecting and boxing we have ever seen, Everything that Ship Smart said would happen happened exactly as the described. Inquiries were answered immediately. The local delivery service was courteous, helpful, and made sure the pallets were where we wanted them. Most importantly, we had zero damage on anything. Highly recommended!!"
