"This review is long overdue as my move was completed three months ago. Firstly, I was sent numerous emails saying my movers would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am. However, they did not arrive until 9:53am. I did not appreciate the tardiness but I let it slide. Secondly, after a quick initial walkthrough of my 1-bedroom apartment with the three movers, they left to go back to the moving truck to get their supplies. I still had a bed that needed to be disassembled. Otherwise I already had boxes packed and ready to be transported. Keep in mind that I had already moved over half my stuff in the days leading up to my move. While leaving my apartment I overheard one of the movers ask “why three people?” and ensuing laughter. Why three movers for a 1-bedroom apartment, you ask? Because I was suggested by Emily to have three movers considering the starting location and ending location of the move both had stairs. I still wanted to only have two movers because I didn’t think I had a lot of stuff, but Emily suggested three mainly due to the stairs. She said with three movers, the move would be completed sooner than with two obviously but may still work out to be a similar price. So I took her suggestion and confirmed I would go ahead with three movers. I didn’t appreciate the laughter from the movers because whether I had two or three, they would have all still gotten paid regardless. And with three movers, they finished faster than they would have with two so I would assume that was a win for them since it was an “easy” 1-bedroom job, considering I had already moved over half my stuff myself. Thirdly, and the most frustrating one for me, my movers FORGOT A SCREWDRIVER. Because I still had a bed that needed to be disassembled, the lead mover had to leave to go buy one. Of course he stopped the time while he was gone (as he very well should have) but that was yet another waste of my time since the movers already came late! They were fast and efficient except for the screwdriver mishap.. so maybe I’ll go with them again next time, but I would be sure to confirm with them that they have all the supplies necessary. UPDATE: Emily has been very responsive in this matter and I greatly appreciate her customer service."

"The BEST moving company I have ever used. I moved from LA to the Bay Area. Starting with Emily, who, carefully, work with me to schedule the day of my move and guarantee my flat fee. She is super responsive and super friendly. The day of the move, always stressful, was appeased by how careful the three helpers were. They treated my furniture as if they were theirs: wrapping, protecting and slowly moving them into the truck. And the same happened with the crew unloading the truck! Three super friendly, patient and polite helpers who were able to unload everything in less than 2 hours. Will definitely use got2move again! Thank you everyone!"

"This review is a bit overdue since I traveled abroad right after moving from SF to LA back in August. Where to start… it was not easy to find reputable and affordable movers. I contacted about 5 moving companies and all of them were shady providing shady vague quotes for my long-distance move but I was much relieved after my friend recommended Got2Move. Sean and Johnny were super professional, straightforward and honest.Sean provided me a quote which was about 15% higher than some of his competitors but once I started to dig I figured out that a) other companies did not provide a real flat rate price quote unlike Got2Move b) some of them either didn’t have license or used contractors. So, I am sure I made a right choice going with Got2Move. I am very grateful to Sean and his team: honest and professional. The professionalism of the movers was truly impressive, too. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled my belongings with the utmost care. It was evident that they knew what they were doing. My stuff was delivered next day.
