She called me last week when i was in a meeting and she advised me that she will call me back the next day. Until now i am waiting. Horrible customer service. "I been a Wells Fargo client for over 10 year and never experience something like this. Yesterday i went to they branch and someone by name Juan was assisting me, After 25 min of waiting while he will be completing a simple deposit cashier check transaction he made u huge mistake Deposited twice then reverse it . Then i was suspicious about all this and requested to speak to supervisor by name JEVONIMO, and he has confirmed that everything is ok Next thing in the morning i look on my bank and see no deposits , now need to call customer service and get my money back HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH, SCAM!!!"
