"Received a letter today didn't respond after reading all the 5 Star reviews NOT one time I could notice that the company replied to the positive comments. I find that alarming, most of all the 1 star reviews I noticed a scripted apology to the persons who wrote a review. Seems odd this is their practice of doing business."
